We also manufacture in variety of materials including Carbon, alloys, Austenitic stainless steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, materials for high&low temperature service, Nickel alloys, Titanium alloys etc.

§ 3 world-class facilities of forging, heat treatment & machining since 2001.

§ The total area of 30 acres facility, including 15 acres workshop, employment of more than 800 veteran craftsman, mechanic & engineers.

§ Products are used throughout all industries. 12,000ton monthly capacity for Large and medium sized forging materials various from AISI 410、4130、4140 、4340 、 8620、8630、LF2 steels, etc.

§ 2 ton,5 ton,6 ton & 8 ton Open die forging hammers,6000 ton vertical hydraulic press and heat treatment line.

§ Inspection device: spectrometer, UT, MT, PT, Metallographic Microscope, Tensile Impact and hardness tester

§ ISO 9001, API Q1, API 6A, API 16A, API 16C, CCS, PED, BV certificates,

§ ABS Cert. of Forging Facility &Process Approval; GL Approval; RINA Approval; TÜV 97/23/EC PED Safety License of steel forging for Pressure Vessels
